Menthol Crystals clear the sinuses, promote deep breathing and increase oxygen intake, thus enhancing the function of essential oils. Dried plants on top of the steamers add their essence to the mineral rich steam. Each steamer comes with an organza bag that will capture the remaining plant material after use.

To use: Remove plastic and return to the bag. Hang or place steamer in shower to catch water droplets during shower. OR drop 1/4 in hot water bowl and inhale the steam with a towel over head.
